#1 - Top 5 Benefits of Sound Healing

#1) Brings More Peace and Calmness to Your Life

We live in a world with a lot of noise. There’s a whole lot a shakin’ goin’ on. Sometimes this syncopated symphony evokes bliss while the flip side can be a cacophony of anxiety. Fear can even paralyze us.

Have you ever noticed that especially at the time of year when all the “shoulds” come marching in, meaning, I should have called my mother, or I should have invited my friend to the celebration or even when you have a big decision to make, the “Rum-Tum-Tum” can overwhelm you into a chaotic mess?

Traditions and memories are like an elixir to uplift until some “Rum-Tum-Tum” sensation enters to disrupt-I miss a loved one who has parted-I lament a ship that’s already sailed. I choose to bravely drink it up. Sound reconnects me to my physical body and inner voice. Sound frequencies create an inner sanctum where I can embody all the energy.

Have you ever noticed that the things that piss you off the most are the very things, people, experiences that we are done with, complete with and ready to release?

So when the “Rum-Tum-Tum” comes calling and your inner/outer world churns, how do you respond?

  • Some turn to food and drink. What to eat?

  • Or parties, what gift to bear?

  • What furthers my career path? Am I even on a path?

All distractions from the outer to avoid the inner–your inner voice.

One thing I can promise you for sure, for sure, for sure… is that chaos will absolutely come into your life. We have zero control over when it comes, how long it stays, or the form that it takes. What we do have is a choice about how we respond, how we choose to surf the waves.

Sound frequencies, music, word, and song are tools to help us navigate. When you’re seeking higher ground, ride the frequencies of sound.

My space is filled with singing bowls, crystals & rocks, drums, flutes, and all sorts of knick-knacks paddy-wacks give the dog a bone. I love all my instruments. Often my inner voice, just like yours, is the key to finding peace and calm during the storm. Each breath we breathe is a gift and a form of music.

A Simple Sound Healing Recipe to Calm the “Rum-Tum-Tum”:

Bells are known for clearing energy and bringing us into the present. If you don't have a bell or something to make a chime, just rely on your own beating heart and inner voice.

  • When the overwhelm takes over, drop into the openness of your heart where everything is possible.

  • Ring a bell to become present.

  • Take in a conscious breath through your nose and exhale through the nose or mouth.

  • On the next exhale make an audible sound, even if you think you cannot sing.

  • Releasing with sound creates a open space within. Choose what you’d like to fill this space with - Joy, laughter, good health, radiance?

  • Vocalize your inner voice with what you choose to call in. Enjoy the solace that it brings.

I love you so much.

Be in Bliss.

Love, Pamela
