The #2 Top Benefit of Sound Healing
Helps Alleviate Moments of Stress and Frustration
Here I am do-doodling along, singing a happy song, floating in my happy Fibonacci bliss bubble. A horn blares, traffic jams, a train stops on the tracks. Cortisol surges. Heart races. Breath is stuck. I am spontaneously transported to the frustration station for an unlimited duration.
Bogged down like a black hole, denser & heavier than I appear. I need relief and I need it now!.
Triggers arrive in every form to overwhelm us. We may have practices and acquired tool-kits to address the stress, but…
What if I left my tools at home? Can sound help me transfer the overwhelm into balance and bliss in this very moment?
Sound can transmute it all. Breath grounds us to relieve uncertainty. Duress is alchemized into inspiration.
Sound is a tool you carry with you wherever you go. Sound uplifts the soul and heals the body.
Are you ready to release what no longer serves you with laughter, breath, and sound?
Go within, into your physical body, into your emotional body, into your spiritual body, your etheric body. Find a place of resistance, a person or experience that causes you pain
Imagine…
Picture yourself as a young child, out in the moonlight, dancing in the rain. Your arms are open wide as first, you twirl in one direction and then in another. Feel the cool, gentle rain land on your hair, your eyelashes, your arms, your chest. There’s a bit of mischief about because you’re not really supposed to be out in the moonlight, dancing in the rain. But it feels so good. So you twirl around a few more times, stick out your tongue to catch a drop of rain like a precious treasure from the sky just for you. Sense the magic in the air.
Circle round and round. Catch a few more drops of rain on your tongue. Listen to the music of the rain knowing everything is possible. Throw your head back and laugh.
Run into the house. Find your bed. Pull the covers up over your head feeling safe and warm, loved & protected knowing everything is possible. And as you listen to the rain landing on the roof and the window panes, you begin to listen to the beat of your own heart.
Now rub your palms together like you’re creating a old-fashioned campfire with a stick. When you have some nice heat in your hands, place them over your eyes or heart, wherever you feel called. Feel the light of your own warmth, your own voice, your own ability to heal. Call in a smell from nature that lifts you up, even if it’s just a slight upturn of a lip. And as you breath and listen to the rhythm of your own heart, remember you are loved.
Life is a gift. Every precious moment, an opportunity to love oneself. You see, we are so beloved that the wind blows through the trees who wave their arms and dance for us. Fragrant flowers of every color, shape and hue, share their sweet aroma and drop their petals at our feet to soften the path we walk upon this earth.
Listen to your inner voice. Be kind to yourself. Love yourself. And when you can be kind and loving with yourself, please share that with others.
Sound is the key to open our hearts. A chill pause in silence as we listen to our souls.
Isn’t it wonderful to know with certainty that in every moment, you carry with you exactly what you need?
When the chaos overtakes you, turn to sound.
“And always remember, I love you so much.”
Be in Bliss.
Love, Pamela

What a big difference!”
