Can you see it? Do you see the magic?
Graced with each third Wednesday of the month to lead a guided meditation with sound under a meditation tree by the sea. It was a glorious day.
I snapped a photo of the tree we sit under before we started. A jack-hammering crew for the city actually paused their work when asked so we could complete our sound meditation with ease and grace. The crew primarily spoke Spanish and I was able to confirm that one of our participants had spoken to the crew chief who agreed to have his workers pause so we could navigate and meditate with sound.
The photo was magical! Rainbow colored orbs and white light dancing through the in-between’s as mirrors of insight on frequencies of sound. A symphony of birds added to the delight as we asked for support to navigate new north as our feet, our souls, our bodies re-aligned beyond linear space or perceived time.
Aware that ambient light and song and fertile energy connects us to the ‘All That Is’ under the meditation tree. From a place of deep gratitude, this collection of souls as One resonant with harmony by the sea under the shining sun to Be as One.
We completed our sound/soul reverie adventure and parted ways.
Each morning, I make a French press of coffee for my morning cup. Sometimes when I drink it up, there’s a thicker coffee slurry on the bottom of the cup. The morning’s coffee cup on the table dried like it’s never done before. When I picked it up to wash it, imagine my surprise when the Tree of Life manifested right before my eyes at the bottom of the mug.
Isn’t it interesting how connected is all of life?
Notice the beauty, the wonder where it shines the ease and grace of the Divine as miracles unwind. On the shore, by the sea, under the meditation tree connected to my coffee in a cup. Take in all the wonders. Drink it up.
Interwoven like a tapestry of tatted lace of roots and trees sailing through the in-betweens on the shoreline of the sea. Grateful just to Be here now.
Savor each breath. Compassionate kindness manifest.
Be courageous. Love is contagious on this magical oasis.
